Teresa Cary Nelson, 50, Lafayette, died at 3:58 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014, at Baptist Health, Madisonville, of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Crofton, with Terry Hancock officiating.
Burial will be at Ridgetop Cemetery, Crofton.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, she was born April 3, 1963, the daughter of the late Edward Bo and Shirley Jean Pollard Cary.
She had worked for more than 10 years as a cashier at Wal-Mart.
Survivors include her husband, David Nelson; two daughters, Julie Hook Ellis, Crofton, Mandy Hook Brasher, Hopkinsville; a sister, Sandra Cary McCord, Crofton and eight grandchildren.
