Adolph F. Decker, 67, a former commander of Glen Burnie Post No. 40 of the American Legion, died yesterday afternoon at South Baltimore General Hospital.
Mr. Decker, who lived on Oakwood road in Glen Burnie, was a retired employee of the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company. He served as an Army sergeant in Germany in World War I and was commander of the Legion post in 1943 and 1944.
He is survived by his wife, Frances.
