Jessie Charlotte (Robertson) Batey, 99, died on March 17, 2014. She was born on August 6, 1914 in Cannon County, Tennessee, the ninth child of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Robertson. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sons, John Robertson, John and Eugene Anderson, and Robert "Budgie" Batey; a daughter, Carolyn Batey; and two grandchildren, Tina Robertson and Monzell McClinton. She is survived by a son, two daughters, twenty-one grandchildren, one adopted granddaughter, fifty-seven great-grandchildren, fifty-one great-great-grandchildren, and twenty-four great-great-great-grandchildren. Funeral: March 22, 2014 at Scott Avenue Church of Christ, 2118 Scott Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee.
