Becky Nelson, age 58, passed away Feb. 27, 2001 after a lifelong battle with asthma.
She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on Nov. 13, 1942 to Carl and Nyla Lupher.
Becky loved her work in nursing, and thoroughly enjoyed fishing, boating and camping.
Survived by sisters, Catherine (Jeff); Joyce; Margaret (Don); brother, Steven (Leslie); and her dog, "Willow"; also many other devoted friends, Carolyn, Lola, Jim, Mike and her co-workers from Coram Healthcare; and by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Randy.
Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. in the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and "N" St. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary 8090 So. State on Saturday from 12 noon - 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends make donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where Becky volunteered many hours and lots of love and devotion.
