"Thomas R. Consolazio Sr.. 80, a longtime Eastchester resident, died Sunday at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville after a short illness. Mr. Consolazio was vice president and director of the Shongut Center, a marine service and sales company in Rye. He was past commander of the Shelldrake Yacht Club and a member of the Rye Fish and Game Club. He was also a parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe. Mr. Consolazio was born in Mount Vernon on Feb. 22, 1900. He married Mildred Oswald in Eastchester on June 26,1955. She survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Loretta Dalton of Eastchester. Eleanor Gasparino of Mount Vernon and Madeline Langendorf of Stoneybrook, N.Y.; two sons, Thomas R. Consolazio Jr. of Rye and James J. Corselli of Briarcliff; two sisters, Mrs. Antoinette Racaniello of Long Island, NY., and Mrs. Laura Ross of Hallandale, Fla.; 22 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
