She was born Debra Louise Northcutt on January 24th, 1965, to James Obie Northcutt, SR. and Stella Ann Fowler Northcutt in Jacksboro, Texas.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, James Obie Northcutt, SR. her mother, Stella Ann Fowler Rogers, and one brother James Obie Northcutt, JR.
She is survived by a daughter, Crystal Smith and husband, Dustin of Springtown and two sons, Shane Collins of Brownfield, and Cory Collins and wife Michalea of Grandbury, a stepfather, Bill Rogers of Jacksboro. She is survived by seven sisters: Dolores Trousdale and husband, Joe of Jermyn, Sherri Northcutt of Abilene, Lisa Shifflett, and husband Matt of Graham, Dorcus Rater and husband, Cal of Weatherford, Savesta Vaggett of Millsap, Sandra Whitsitt of Jacksboro, and Priscilla Hinchman and husband, Jeremy of Gainesville. She is also survived by 3 brothers: Dean Smith and wife Nesha of Jacksboro, Larry Smith of Amarillo, Rusty McDonald and wife Kati, of Wichita Falls. Debra also leaves behind five grandchildren, who were her greatest love of all.
