Died at age 19 from wounds received in action in Belgium. Originally buried overseas; brought home by request of his family in 1947. Survived by his parents Mr. & Mrs. A.R. Kay and a sister. Pvt Kay graduated from Pulaski High School and attended the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He worked as a drafting apprentice for Allis-Chambers Manufacturing Co. before entering the Army in March 1944.
