Donna was the daughter of William B. and Myrtle Thredgold Moore. She married Francis E. Turley on March 16, 1948 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Donna lived in Ogden all her life, and was educated in Ogden City Schools.
At the time of her death, she was survived by her hsuband, three sons and two daughtes, as well as three grandchildren and her parents. She was also survived by two brothers, Byron T. Moore and Carl Moore, and four sisters, Dorothy (Lamar) Kidman, Lois (Garth) Madock, Melba (Samuel) Adams, and Wilma (Luan) Ferrin.
