Services will be Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with rev. Ron Fox officiating. Interment will be held at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Cowboy was born Friday, October 16, 1931 in Briscoe County, Texas; he was the son of the late Aud Elvin Price and the late Audra Eunice Turner Price. He married Edith Dora Johnson on May 18, 1951 in Vernon she preceded him in death in 1997. He had been a resident of Vernon since 1947. He was a professional truck driver. He enjoyed fishing. he was a Baptist.
Surviving are his son, Melvin Edward Price of Houston, TX, daughters, Euvonda Hammonds of Vernon, TX and Rhenda Henderson of Wichita Falls, TX, sisters, Clara Howell of Wichita Falls, TX, Twana Baugham and Liddie Florey; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
Memorials can be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls or Special Olympics.
