Mrs. Werner had a Lodi address of 516 E. Locust St., but had been living in Richmond with a son for the past six months.
She was a native of Southern Russia and had lived in the Lodi area since 1920. Prior to moving to Lodi, she had lived in Kulm, N.D.
She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Werner.
Mrs. Werner was a member of Salem United Methodist Church of Lodi and of that church's Ladies Aid and Missionary societies.
Surviving are two sons, Walter and Clinton Werner; five daughters, Mrs. Elsie LeNore Knz, Mrs. Bernice Irene Magnusson, Mrs. Ruth Esther Mohr, Mrs. Mary Molly Molleson and Mrs. Ida Mae Pope; a sister, Mrs. O'Tillie Pahl; three brothers, Emanuel Bader, Ted Bader, and Richard Bader; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
