Hazel Katherine Arp Phillips, 90, of Spring City, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Spring City Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Callie Arp; her husbands, John Washington Phillips and Erwin Roberts; two daughters; two sons, Max Lee and Ricky Ray Phillips; four brothers, Charlie, Freeman, T.J. and Buddy Arp; and one sister, Mary Sherrils.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Dorthea Phillips of Newburg, N.Y., and Bill and Wanda Phillips of Dayton; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Paul Roberts of Niota; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
