LAKESVILLE - Julia Norris Foxwell Mills, 91, of Lakesville, passed away on Wednesday morning, 19 Dec 2012, at the Mallard Bay Care Center at Cambridge where she had been a patient for almost five years. She was born 18 Dec 1921, in Lakesville, the daughter of the late Thomas Houston Foxwell and Jennie Vee Stevens.
She was interred at Maryland Veterans Cemetery with her husband.
