Ramona Mitchell, 85, of Wister, OK, passed away March 15, 2014, in Wister. She was born July 17, 1928 in Poteau, OK, to James Harvey and Verlan (Neal) Lee. She was a retired school teacher.
Ramona is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bill Mitchell; a daughter Sherry Ann Brown; a grandson Rusty Brown; four brothers, Ed, Earnest, James, and Billy Lee.
Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, OK, with Bro. Jeff Little officiating. Interment will follow service at Ellis Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau. (Grace)
