Cecilia Elaine Brown, 59, of Stuarts Draft, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at her residence.
She was born September 23, 1954 in Staunton, daughter of Carlton and Omie Fitzgerald Bartley.
Elaine worked as a cashier for Eaver's Amoco.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronnie Brooks; and a brother, Kenneth Bartley.
Surviving are her daughter, Naomi Brown; brother Elmer Bartley; sisters Joyce Rothwell, Patricia Funk, and Carolyn Dameron and her husband, Ralph; granddaughter Kamryn Stinnett; brother & sister-in-law, Larry and Diane Brown; very special friends, the Eavers family; nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at SherLynd Baptist Church in Lyndhurst with Pastor Allen George officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
