Hazel I. Riley, 93, of Lafayette passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at St. Mary's Health Care in Lafayette.
She was born on June 15, 1920 in Lafayette, the daughter of the late Roy Wininger and the late Nola Campbell Wininger. She was married on August 26, 1938 to Donald E. Riley. He preceded her in death on April 28, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jane Whitehead; her sister, Shirley Burns and two brothers, Forest and Leroy Wininger.
She is survived by her daughter, Joni (Bill) Dykhuizen; her son, Donald "Doc" Riley; son-in-law, Dick Whitehead; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
