Funeral arrangements, incomplete Monday morning, will be announced by Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe.
Mr. Blythe, a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict, was office manager of Ouachita Co., Inc., of West Monroe. A native of New Orleans, he lived in West Monroe for 11 years.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lavern Ingran Blythe of Lake Jackson, Tex.; one son, William "Billy" T. Blythe Jr. of Mandeville; one step-son, David Burkett of Monroe; one step-daughter, Miss Colleen Burkett of Lake Jackson, Tex.; two brothers, Thomas Blythe of Algiers and David Blythe of Meta[i]rie and four sisters.
