Bobbie was a nurse's aide at Allentown State Hospital for many years and was a foster parent for 15 years. Bobbie was an active member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Bethlehem, working on the Altar Guild, Bazaar and Thrift Shop.
Survivors: include her daughters, Mary G. Bauer and her husband, Vince and Dorothy A. Cope and her companion Richard Drybola; a son, David D. Cope and his wife, Carol, all of Bethlehem; brothers, Richard and William Hawk of the Bethlehem area; as well as 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Bobbie was preceded in death by sons William and Howard, Jr., a sister Dorothy Cope and a brother George Hawk.
Services: Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 16, 2015 in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem 18018, where friends may call on Friday evening from 7 to 9 PM.
