PRISCILLA CRAIG FOUNTAIN

Mrs. Priscilla Craig Fountain, 51, of 104 Delmore Lane, Axton, Va. departed this life on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville & Henry County.

She was born in Henry County, on August 6, 1962, a daughter of the late James and Stella Hairston Craig. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Mary C. Jones and one brother, Jonathan Craig.

She was a 1983 graduate of George Washington Carver High School and was employed at GSI.

"Candy" as she was affectionately called was a member of Reachout Apostolic Tabernacle where she served as church administrator, Ladies auxilliary and Finance secretary of the One Way Church International.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 30 years, Vince Fountain, of the home; seven sisters, Gracie C. Hairston, Dorothy Craig, Beverly Jamison, Ella Stockton, Vickie Fountain and Vanessa Dillard, all of Martinsville, Va., and Sandra Craig Trotter of Rocky Mount, Va.; two brothers, George W. Craig and Namon Craig, both of Martinsville, Va.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 12:30 p.m. at Reachout Apostolic Tabernacle with Bishop Lorenzo Hall, officiating. Burial will follow in the Fountain Family Cemetery in Axton, Va.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral and will be at the home at other times.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Hines Funeral Services, Inc.
