Guyton- Mrs. Nina Mae Wallace,65, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at St. Joseph hospital with her loving family by her side.

Nina had worked for Hertz. Mrs. Wallace enjoyed music, reading, watching Nascar and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very active member of Guyton United Methodist Church, the Guyton United Methodist Women, the family class and the choir.

Mrs. Wallace is preceded in death by her mother, Uldine Lawson, and sister, Lydia Louise Lawson.

Survivors include: her husband of 47 years, John Randall Wallace, Sr.; son, John Randall, Jr. (Stephanie) Wallace of Rincon; two daughters, Lydia (David) Walton of Springfield and Krista (Rory) Swensen of Stansbury Park, Utah; father and step-mother, W.C. "Peck" and Joan Lawson; brothers, Wilson (Vivian) Lawson and Walter (Roseann) Lawson, all of Guyton; grandchildren, Rebekah and Meghan Wallace of Rincon, Adam and Leah Walton of Springfield, and Timothy, Allyson, Zachary and Mason Swensen of Stansbury, Utah and 2 nieces and 3 nephews.

Pallbearers will be Walt Lawson, Ben Lawson, Scott Miller, Benji Hildebrandt, Michael Nettles and Joey Lively. Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of Guyton United Methodist Church Choir and Guyton United Methodist Family Class.
