Donald, 74, Glandorf, died at 11:00 a.m., at St. Rita's Medical Center.

He was the son of Bernard and Lena (Unverferth) Dickman. On Sep 28, 1949, he married Luella Ellerbrock, who survived him.

Also surviving were two sons: Gerald (Connie), Columbus Grove, and David (Diane), Miller City; three daughters: Karen Hiser, Van Buren, Linda (John) Leiendecker, McComb, and Rose Ann (Garry) Kleman, Miller City; a daughter-in-law, Karen Dickman, Glandorf; a brother-in-law, John Hammons, Delphos; and eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three step grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a son, Ronald; a son-in-law, Dan Hiser; two brothers: Melitus and Valerius "Dick"; a sister, Marcine Hammons; and two grandchildren.

He worked for Buckeye Sugar, Ottawa, and was a manager/secretary for the Ottawa Eagles. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf, and it's Men's Society; Ottawa Eagles; Glandorf Lions Club; Ottawa Knights of Columbus; a former Glandorf councilman; and enjoyed gardening and his grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf, with Rev. Harold Brown officiating.
