David Lawrence "Lerch" Hosey, 57, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life late Sunday evening, March 16, 2014, at home surrounded by family.
Lerch was born Saturday, Dec. 23, 1956, in Tonawanda, N.Y., a son of the late Lawrence Hosey and Sarah Louise Crispin Hosey, who survives in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
Left to cherish David's memory are his wife, Christina Hosey; four children, James Belin and wife, Jennifer, Kiana Hosey, Aron Hosey and Christopher Hosey; seven sisters, Mary Hosey, Diana Garcia, Roxie Coventing, Margo Lindsey and husband Gerald, Darla Adams and husband, Charles, Beth Hosey, Tangee Houston and Benjie Houston; two grandchildren, Da'Shanti Hosey and Jamir Presley; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. But most of all, his near and dear cousin, Terry "Bubby" Hosey.
Lerch was raised in Beverly until his pre-teen years. He then lived in Niagara Falls, N.Y., and worked at HAZMAT until moving back to Beverly in 2008.
Visitation will be conducted at Randolph Funeral Home on Friday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the funeral hour. Richard and Robert Shreves will officiate, and interment will follow in Elkins Memorial Gardens.
