Daughter of the late Will and Willie Ingram Boring, she was preceded in death by brothers, Clifford Boring an Harvey Boring; and by a sister, Marie Boring. She was survived by her sisters, Violet Heifner, Virginia Boring and Juanita Epperson; special niece, Denise Epperson; and an extended family of relatives and friends. Her funeral was held on March 17, 2014, with The Rev. Lake Walker officiating. A white dove release ceremony concluded the service.
