Our little Angel, Ryan W. Taylor Berg, 22 months, returned to his Heavenly Father, September 1, 1995, after a long ongoing illness, leaving behind friends and family whose lives he had touched forever.

Ryan was born October 5, 1993 in Sandy, Utah. He had such a warm spirit and strong heart which will always be remembered. We thank all the doctors and nurses at Primary Children's Medical Center and all the organizations who helped take care of our little Angel. Ryan, thank you for your loving spirit. We will always love you. Love, Mommy.

Survived by mother, Kimberly Berg; grandparents, Bill and Karen Berg, South Jordan; Leoland and Connie Evans, Vernal; great-grandparents, Bob and Bonnie Berg, Salt Lake; Melva "Nanny" Burbidge, Salt Lake; Tex and Nora Evans, Vernal; uncle, B.J.; uncle, Brad; brother, Tyler; aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and all your friends you made on your journey. Preceded in death by his father, Brent W. Evans.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 6th, 10 a.m., in the Crescent 1st Ward, 116 East 11400 South, where friends may call Tuesday evening, from 6-8 p.m., and on Wednesday, from 9-9:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment and Funeral Directors, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
