He was born on June 21, 1933 to Earl and Ava (Robinson) Crane at Stonewall, MS.
Daniel is survived by three sons, Daniel, Donald and Dewayne; daughter, Deborah; brothers, Spencer Earl Crane, James F. Crane and Walter M. Crane; 10 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren.
He was a Retired Police Officer from the Stonewall Police Department, and a Veteran of the Korean War where he served in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by Wife, Dorothy Merle Crane, Father, Earl F. Crane, Mother, Ava Ruth Crane.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014, 2:00 pm at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel, with Revs. Danny Crane, Keith Bogan, and Dewayne Crane officiating.
Burial will take place in the Stonewall Cemetery.
