2.) John Jr., 1 May 1655, Boston - 28 March 1679, Hingham, MA; soldier in King Philip's War, died of Small Pox. unmarried
3.) Elizabeth, 25 October 1656,died young at Boston.
4.)Henry, born 3 February 1658, Boston; married Ann West (1655-1691), 20 March 1680; died January/February 1688, Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
5.) William, born July 1661, Boston; removed to Monmouth Co., New Jersey with his brother Henry about 1680; married Mary Rawlins before 1692 at Shrewsbury: died about 1717, Shrewsbury.

John Chamberlin was a currier by trade. He was an early Quaker, much persecuted by Puritan authorities, who also made life very difficult for Ann. Although the authorities urged her to disown her husband, Ann refused, stating that she loved her husband, and remained loyal to him until her death.
