The baby was buried 28 Dec 1958 at the First Baptist Church, 5238 Old River Road, Milligan, Florida. The church is listed as being in Baker according to Google Earth but I believe that is incorrect. The babies grave was marked by a plastic marker that only listed the babies name as Stillborn Baby Boy Johnson.
I called Mr. Garrett, the caretaker of the Church and Cemetery on Jan. 31, 2008 to find out if he knew where Seth was buried. He told me it would most likely be impossible to find Seth's grave because there were hundreds of babies buried out there from Enlgin A.F.B. and most of the plastic markers were destroyed over the years that marked the babies graves.
Mom told me that Seth is buried near the back of the cemetery near a fence. I would like to mark Seth's grave with a headstone that has his name, birth, and death date because I feel he deserves to be remembered. Mom said, Brother and Sister Parker who lived in Crestview did take care of Seth's grave until they died.
My Mother and I were making plans to visit Crestview, Florida one more time before she died. She wanted to visit some friends, visit Seth's grave, and place a headstone to mark his grave. Unfortunately, we waited to long and my Mom passed away May 29, 2009. I know she is with Seth now, she is happy, and waiting for us.
