According to my research on Ancestry, his parents were Ephrain H. Curd and Margaret Ann Self.

He married Novella Crouch [I'm not sure of this spelling - it could be either Crounch, Crouck, Cronch, Cronck or Crounek]. The TN Marriage Record shows John Curd & Novella Crounck m: Oct 4, 1916 Weakley, TN.

Per WWI Draft Card, dated June 5, 1917 - John Tom Curd, b. Jan 28, 1893 Calloway, KY, supporting mother and wife, bad eyes & bowel trouble.
Cannot find any death record or index to verify the death date.
