Georgia is the daughter of George W Ketcham and Josephine Grace Thiele Ketcham, the second of six children. She married Bert Donald Lynn, 2 April 1913. They had two children: Bert Donald Lynn, Jr. 1914-1929, and Edward "Ned" Phillip Lynn, 1920-2005.
Widowed in 1954 she remained in Omaha for a number of years, until moving to St. Paul, Minnesota to be near son Ned and his family where she died at age 89.
