OBITUARY-
ADAMS -- A Mass of Christian burial for Martha Gerhart will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Rev. Clayton J. Haberman officiating. Spring burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Gerhart, 87, of Adams died Friday (Feb. 14, 1992) in Adams Health Care Center in Adams.
Born Martha Freund on Feb. 25, 1924, in Johnsburg, Minn., she married Fred Gerhart on June 26, 1939, in St. John's Catholic Church in Johnsburg.
Survivors include a son, David of Faribault; two grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Smith of Austin. Her husband and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home in Adams, where the rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. today.
