He was born at Robins (Trail Run) Ohio, the son of Jennie Mason Walker and late Clovis P. Walker. During World War II, he served in the U.S.Army and was a prisoner of war. He was survived by his wife, Mary E. Huntsman whom he married May 22, 1946; and six sons, Clovis W.(Butch, David L., Patrick D., Charles R., Willard D. and William H; three daughters, Patricia Davis, Jennifer L. McPeak and Julia E. Walker; two foster daughters, Marjorie Daugherty and Dessie Todd, one brother, A son and two brothers are deceased. He died in Cambridge, Ohio.
