Surviving him are his wife Pearl of the family home; three sons Frank William, Jr. (Bill) and Doris Moser of Oregon, IL, Dennis and Joleen Moser of Clearbrook, MN and Kendal and Ruby Moser of Dixon, IL; two daughters Kathy Vance of Clearbrook, MN and Lucy Russell (Morris Bowler) of Roswell, NM; three step daughters Mary Tyler of Roswell, NM Paula and Ron Medeck of Garden Grove, CA and Peggy Hughes of Lovington, NM; three step sons Henry and Debbie Hughes of Lovington, NM, Mark and Kathy Hughes of Cache, Ok and James and Angy Hughes of Wiesbaden, Germany; stepdaughter-in-law Sue Weems of Clearbrook, MN; eighteen grandchildren and twenty-seven step grandchildren; forty-nine great grandchildren and forty-eight step great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren and fifty-four step great-great grandchildren.

Frank preached and pastored all his life, as his life was dedicated to and revolved around his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He worked twenty some years at Kable Printing Company in Mt. Morris, IL, during which time he went to the Sterling School of Beauty Culture in Sterling, IL nights to fulfill his dream of becoming a beautician. He opened his first beauty shop in Mt. Morris, IL in 1964, while continuing to work full time at Kable Printing. Soon thereafter he resigned from Kable Printing to pursue his dream of running his beauty shop full time.

He never retired, as he pastored up until 2012 when he was 88 and he continued to do hair right up until a month before his death.
