Linda Kay was born on November 24, 1948 in Benton, AR and was a member of the Salvation Army Church in Texarkana, AR. She was formerly a truck driver and a retired CNA from the Columbia County Health Unit in Magnolia, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents Marion and Ida Mae (Vera) Carter; husband Francis Donald Cochran; sisters Loma Alice McAdams, Beverly McClure, Elizabeth Beasley; and nephew Stevie Cliford Coleman.
