Eldridge, 55, of Corpus Christi, went to heaven at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, after a long illness.
He was born June 23, 1956, in Enid, Okla., to Roy Eldridge and Dean (Zimmerman) Turner.
Michael was paralyzed four years ago.
He is survived by his mother, Dean Turner of Kerrville; wife, Susie; two stepsons and numerous step-grandchildren. He also is survived by aunts, Loretta and husband, Carroll, Etna Goode and husband, D.V., and Billie; uncles, Scott and wife, Pat, and James and wife, Ernie; and numerous cousins.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at Grimes Funeral Chapels, officiated by Mel Hardin. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
