MARKLEVILLE, July 8 (Spl) --- Frank Addison, age 70, well-known Markleville resident, died early today at St. John's hospital in Anderson, following an illness of several weeks. The body was brought to the Valorous C. Rector funeral home where friends will be received.

Services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. O. F. Kent, of Lynn, in charge. Burial will be in West Grove Lawn cemetery at Pendleton. Masonic rites will be conducted by the Markleville lodge.

Surviving are one son, Warren Addison, Anderson, and a granddaughter, Linda Kay Addison, Anderson.

Mr Addison was born in Henry county and came to Markleville at an early age. His father, Isaac Addison, was a former Markleville attorney. After farming for a short time, he opened and operated a barber shop for many years. Mr. Addison was active in republican policits and had served four terms as doorkeeper in the state legislature.
