George was a retired sexton at the Ithaca Cemetery and a member of the Greenville Moose Lodge.
Surviving are two daughters, Phyllis Brodrick and June Lawrence; three sons, Esta, Dick and Larry; a foster daughter, Beverly Eller; 2 half-brothers, Harold Wimmer of Verona and John Wimmer of Greenville; 3 half-sisters, Marie Davidson of West Manchester, Mildred Brown of Brookville, and Mary Bright of West Milton; 28 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
