Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight in Frye Chapel & Mortuary in El Centro for Jacqueline Ruiz Rodriguez, 37, of El Centro, who died in a traffic accident Tuesday in Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro.
Mrs. Rodriguez was born June 9, 1965, in Mexicali.
She attended schools in Calexico and then took classes at Imperial Valley College to become a certified nurse assistant.
According to family, she had been working for Imperial Valley Home Health for the last few years.
She married Raul Rodriguez.
Mrs. Rodriguez was preceded in death by her mother, Carlota Ruiz-Castro, in February 2002; and father, Jose Ruiz-Sermeño in 1985.
Survivors include her husband, Raul Rodriguez of El Centro; sons, Joey and Steven Briseño, both of El Centro; daughter, Cinthia Briseño of El Centro; brothers, Jose and Miguel Ruiz, both of El Centro, Andy Ruiz of Imperial and Hector Ruiz of San Diego; sisters, Blanca Chirino and Gloria Salazar, both of Imperial, and Virginia Salazar of El Centro.
