Rev. Vic Hall conducted the rites at Scott's Chapel and burial was in the City Cemetery. Pallbearers were W. G. Sanford, Floyd Cooper, L.T. Turney, Austin Spence, R.W. Burt and W. C. Wittie.
Mr. Henson, a native of Mississippi was born Feb. 14, 1885. He was married to Miss Emma Alice Brinkley and she died in 1956.
He is survived by two sons, Leon Henson and Harlin Henson of Gatesville; one daughter, Mrs. Cecil Haferkamp of Coryell City; and 3 grandchildren.
