Mrs. Bolick Is Dead
Pioneer of Asotin County Passed away Last Evening – She Is Survived by Eight Children – Came to Section in 1882.

Asotin, July 7, 1916 (Special to the Tribune) – Mrs. Eli Bolick, a highly respected pioneer of Asotin county, died here at seven o'clock this evening, death being due to Bright's disease. Mrs. Bolick had not been in good health for about four years, but her illness did not take a critical turn until four days ago.

The deceased was the wife of Eli Bolick, prominent farmer and one of the best known men in this part of Washington. She was born in 1868 in Linn county, Oregon, being the daughter of Elias and Calla Forgey. She came to Asotin in 1882 and in 1886 was united in marriage to Mr. Bolick. Surviving her with her husband are eight children, the sons being Wallace, Dell and Russell, and the daughters, the Misses Grace, Nettie and Fern Bolick, Mrs. Alice Adam and Mrs. Mollie Hughes. She is also survived by her mother, now a resident of Asotin, and by seven brothers and sisters.

It is probable that arrangements will be made for conducting the funeral here Sunday.
