Services for Wesley Coy Hudson, 70, Ada, are 10 a.m. Friday at Evangelistic Temple, Dr. John Keith and the Rev. Glen Eaves officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Hudson died May 31, 1994, at a local hospital. He was born October 2, 1923, in Clarita to Ernest and Susanne Johnson Hudson.

He lived in this area most of his life and lived several years in Coalgate, Stonewall, Konawa, and Ada. He was a retired rancher, affiliated with Evangelistic Temple and was a veteran of the Naval Air Force.

On August 18, 1943, he and Sammy Lou Smith were married in San Diego, California.

Survivors include his wife, Sammy, of the home; two sons, John Wesley Hudson, Ada, and Gilbert Lee Hudson, Seminole; two daughters, Laura Lou Griffin, Bentonville, Arkansas, and Sandra Ann Bates, Ada; his parents, the Revs. Bernard and Susanne MacConaghy, Ada; three brothers, Haskell Hudson, Ada, Gail Hudson and Roy Hudson, both of California; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Bearers are grandsons Tony Ford, Chris Hudson, Shane Hudson, Mike Hudson, Steven Bates, Sid Griffin and Jeff Butler.

Honorary bearers are Hardy Webb, Gene Hill, Dale Rice, Herman Cupps, Troy Pinley and Jerry Elliott.

Criswell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
