Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today for Doom Snellings, 77, of Iberia, in the Mt. Zion Christian Church near Tuscumbia. Mr. Snellings was born July 14, 1886, the son of Frank and Angeline Plemmons Snellings. He was married April 5, 1922 to Miss Eveline Shackleford who died April 17, 1951. He then married Miss Olive DeGraffenreid who survives.
Mr. Snellings was a veteran of WW I and was a member of the Iberia American Legion Post 105.
Survivors besides his wife include two grandsons and several nephews and nieces. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
