LEXINGTON - Services for Hazel V. Smith, 91, will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at St. Matthews Lutheran Church with the Rev. Robert L. Helton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel.
Mrs. Smith passed away March 11, 2014. Born in Lexington County, she was the daughter of the late Emanuel and Annie Steele Keisler. She was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church and the Happy Hearts.
Surviving are her sons, Jerry B. Smith (Linda), Ricky M. Smith (Jane), Russell B. Smith (Lee), Tony P. Smith (Teri). daughters, Rita Lindler (Hoy), Mary Jane Harris (Gerald), 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her husband, B.D. Smith, and daughter, Jennie Braner.
