Actress. She will be best remembered for playing 'Fraulein Helga', the secretary for Colonel Klink in the TV series "Hogan's Heroes" (1965-1966). Born Zinta Valda Zimilis (some sources state year of birth as 1937) in Latvia, she initiated her television career with a role in an episode of the Troy Donahue series "Surfside" (1962) and had further credits in the programs "Dr. Kildare", "Mission: Impossible", "The Odd Couple" and "The Six Million Dollar Man". In 2002, she co-wrote her autobiography "Escape to Freedom: A Biography of Cynthia Lynn". She died of complications from hepatitis.
