Earlincler Burdett, was the forth child, and forth son of James (Jim) Burdett and Alice Falkner. He was born while the family was living in DeKalb County, Georgia. His parent's moved to Randolph County, Alabama in the early 1840's and settled along the Tallapoosa River. Franklin was not present on the 1850 census (26 Sept. 1850) with his parents, or on subsequent census records. He likely died in Georgia or the early years in Alabama.
