Shannon Christine Anderson, age 31, passed away March 8, 2014 at home in Indianola. She was born in Des Moines, grew up in Indianola; attending both Irving and Whittier elementary schools until the 6th grade; moving to Des Moines and graduating from Lincoln High School in 2000. Between 2000 and 2010 Shannon was a new accounts rep. for Community Choice Credit Union. Survivors include her parents, Diane and Kevin Anderson of Ackworth; brother, Brandon (Kori) Anderson of Indianola; sister, Misty Anderson of Council Bluffs; aunts, Deb (Mike) Turk of Oklahoma and Denise Ashley of Ankeny; four cousins one niece and 2 nephews. Preceding Shannon in death were grandparents, Lyle J. Ewing and Marjorie Cramer.
