Services for Eva Snada Hicks, 85, of Temple will be at 4 P.M. today at
Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with Dr. Leroy Kemp officiating.
Burial will be in Moody Cemetery
She died Tuesday at a Temple hospital.
Mrs. Hicks was born in Lampasas County to Calvin and Mary Legg Green. She grew up in Bell County and was a Baptist. She married Ray B. Hicks in 1923 in Moffat, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray B. Hicks in 1971; a son, R.A. Hicks in 1982; a daughter, Jessie Ray Hicks in 1932; and a grandson.
Survivors are two sons, J.D. Hicks, and Billy Hicks both of Belton, Texas; a brother, R.B. Hicks of Morgan's Point, Texas; a sister Abby Connell of Temple, Texas; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
