Cassie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Willie and a grandson, Craig. She is survived by her daughter, Lois (Rob) Niles; 3 sons, Joe Howard Sr., William Kelly (Jayte) Howard, and Derrick (Jennifer) Howard; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Clarence Mullins, and a sister, Wanda Faye Fugate.
