Mr. Jonnie Trammell Paschal, 83, of Newnan, Ga., formerly of Heard County, Ga., died Thursday, December 28, 2000 at Newnan Hospital after an extended illness.
Mr. Paschal was born in Heard County, Georgia November 19, 1917 to the late Heber Cliford Paschal, and Claudia Lee Adams. He was a retired machinist for the William L Bonnell Company in Newnan. He was a faithful member of the Centralhatchee Baptist Church, and a loving husband and father. He was a member of the Sylvan Masonic Lodge.
A funeral will be Saturday, Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. at Salem Methodist Church with the Reverends Doug Bingham, Lynn Janney and Herbert Chambers officiating. Mr. Paschal will lie in state at the church from 1:30 p.m. until the service hour. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Paschal of Newnan; son, Gene Fletcher Paschal, also of Newnan; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
