Kevin was a loving brother with a big heart and was always lending a helping hand to whom ever needed it. He left behind one son, Rexx Flood, two sisters, Lisa Hogue-Higgins and Julie Hogue-Green-Simpson, and one brother, Kendall Hogue. Kevin also had two nephews, four nieces and two great nieces. Kevin's ashes will be scattered with his mother's ashes on top of his great grandmother Buyher's grave. He will be missed.
