Miss Edna Kearse
Fairfax, S.C., Jan. 19 - Miss Edna Kearse, 86, died Saturday night at the home of her niece, Mrs. Chester Lancaster in Fairfax, after a short illness.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Fairfax Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Wyatt Garrett.
She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Fairfax.
In addition to Mrs. Lancaster, Miss Kearse is survived by four other nieces, Miss Sadie Kearse and Miss Joane Kearse, both of Fairfax, Mrs. Virginia Mead of Tampa, Fla. (page of obit cuts off here)
