Miss Ethel Magee, 65, a former Carrollton resident, died last Thursday following a long illness at Copeland Oaks Retirement Home in Sebring, where she had resided for the past 16 months. Born October 22, 1913, in Washington Twp., she was a daughter of the late John George and Laura (Fawcett) Magee. She had lived most of her life in Carrollton and was an active member of First United Methodist Church, here.
Surviving are a sister, Miss Bertha Magee of Copeland Oaks, and two brothers, Earl Magee of Bedford and Ralph Magee of Minerva.
Services were held Sunday in the Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home at Carrollton with Rev. William Ury officiating. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery, here.
